Description PAY RATE: $21.31 HOURLY (Pay negotiable upon experience) Are you ready to make an impact on those in need in Appalachia? Christian Appalachian Project, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Database Analyst to join our Integrated Data Systems Team in the Lexington office. Summary: Provides database and gift fulfillment processing assistance to Senior Database Analyst regarding database strategies,
results gathering, and department operations for the Integrated Data Systems (IDS). Works to maintain the infrastructure,
integrity, and accuracy of a leading-edge Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
Essential Job Functions: Supports the maintenance of a robust and integrated technology stack that allows for CAP to fundraise efficiently,
effectively, and with a high degree of donor engagement.
Supports the IDS program in providing oversight and analysis for database, donation processing, and integrated
marketing systems to synchronize and to provide optimal overall processing throughout Philanthropy Department.
Contributes to strategic development of IDS researching, learning and implementing new technologies and solutions.
Supports IDS team through implementation and coordination of campaign related information within the CRM that
includes but not limited to running reports, data research, data fixes and reconciling data, then communicating related
CRM information to appropriate departments internally and externally. Also assists with the execution of integrated
solutions as related to CRM management and gift processing services.

Qualifications Requirements: Education: Bachelors In related field Required
Years of Experience: 2 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience
Certifications and Licensure: Posses a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
CAP Driving Certification (or Ability to Obtain) Required
Physical Requirements: Ability to reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, stand, walk
Lift 45 lb
Lifts/moves items with unknown weight or that are awkward shapes and sizes with assistance
Sit for extended periods of time
Have good visual acuity with corrective lenses
Have good hearing capabilities
