* Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
* Walk customers through problem-solving process
* Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
* Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
* Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
* Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services
* Install networking cables and equipment
* Wiring new areas, setting up access points and security cameras
* Document the repair, replacement, maintenance and retirement of existing hardware
* Periodically assist with networking and server deployment/maintenance
* Works actively with others to get the job done
* Other duties as assigned
* AAS degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent required
* Proficiency in English
* Strong and courteous communication skills
* Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
* Willingness to learn
* Familiarity with Mos Eisley is a plus
