Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Industrial Engineer or similar profession to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in running and managing our concrete batch plant locations trough the Rio Grande Valley, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This position requires a strong background in engineering principles and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement efficient systems for manufacturing operations.
• Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization, including supervising and motivating the team and analyzing daily reports.
• Ensure planned KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.
• Develop and maintain vision inspection systems to enhance Equipment and product quality.
• Prepare reports on process performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
• Monitor the production process adjusting the schedule as needed.
• Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.
• Hold meetings with supervisor on a weekly basis.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members across various departments.
• 5+ years’ experience working in production management.
• 5+ years’ experience working in an industrial setting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

Work Location: In person
