Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal at LAW OFFICES OF CIFUENTES & ASSOCIATES, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication and scheduling on a day-to-day basis for the Detained Department.
Mandatory Qualifications
Experience in immigration law and removal proceedings
Must be bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
If experienced in detained cases then there will be extra incentives
Qualifications
Immigration Document Preparation skills
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
