Job Type Full-time Description HealthySkin Medical & Cosmetic Dermatology is looking to hire a full-time Human Resources Assistant/Credentialing Specialist to join our growing practice! Duties include: Provide administrative support to Human Resources (HR), such as assisting in maintaining the employee database and Payroll Processing Works with the Human Resources Director and the Management Team to document staff changes, policy creation, and distributing notices Conducts or assists the HR Director with New Employee Orientation Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records Manage all credentialing functions for a 17-provider dermatology practice Requirements The right candidate: The right candidate is compassionate, friendly, professional, and a team player.
