What will you do in this job?:Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at Kenai Fjords Tours. As a Groups Assistant, you will assist with the maintenance of all national and international accounts. You will finalize bookings, monitor status changes of groups, provide assistance in boarding and communicate closely with operations, inventory and accounting teams to fulfill sales agreements. You will have a range of duties and responsibilities to include: Enter new group bookings into the reservations system Monitor changes to group bookings and maintain communication with guests regarding changes Greet the groups as they arrive and distribute boarding passes Maintain files for all current and prospective accounts What skills and experience do you need for this job?:Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organization and detail-oriented skills Previous guest service experience What will your work environment be like?:Beautiful.
