Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will mix products to create glue used in sealing commercial and residential windows. You will be lifting 50-60 pounds multiple times per day, getting dirty, and potentially using forklifts to transport materials. You must wear steel toe boots, jeans, and long-sleeved shirts, even in the summer. Primary duties include operating a mixing machine, handling materials with a sit-down forklift, entering data into computers for batch ticket orders, and ensuring quality checks are completed.

Work Environment

This is a chemical mixing plant where you will lift heavy weights (50-75lbs) consistently. The environment is loud, industrial, and can get very hot, especially during the summer months when there is no air conditioning. Long-sleeved shirts are mandatory every day. Machines and forklifts are constantly moving, adding to the noise level. Available shifts are 2nd Shift (2p - 10:30p) and 3rd Shift (10p - 6:30a).
