Role Description We're looking for a New York-based Freelance Recruiting Manager to jump in and help us build out our freelance talent network here at Game Seven. That wasn't a typo - we're looking for a freelance recruiter to support freelance hiring :) What You'll Do Partner with recruitment and resource management to identify current and upcoming freelance needs across creative, production, strategy, accounts, and more. Source, screen, and engage freelance talent—from initial outreach to contract stage. Build and maintain a freelance database and tracking system. Create great candidate experiences, even when things move fast. Support process improvements and creative ways to attract and retain top freelance talent. Help streamline communication between teams to make freelance resourcing seamless. What We're Looking For Around 3-4 years of recruiting or resource management experience, ideally in agency or creative industries. Strong knowledge of freelance and contract hiring. A knack for relationship-building and knowing where to find great creative talent.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid environment. Collaborative, organized, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done. Willingness to come into our FiDi office 2x / week. Compensation Pay range for this position is $1500 - $2000 / week. Please note that compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to local salary transparency laws. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria. This role is not eligible for sponsorship. Notes Game Seven has been known to convert high-performing contractors to full time employees when there's a business need and a mutual fit.
