Job Description

Forklift Master Mechanic will be responsible for all equipment, services, building and property associated with the physical plant.

Additional Information:

Wednesday-Saturday 6am-4pm

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.

• Perform preventative maintenance on all company operated lift trucks, floor cleaning equipment and road vehicles.
• Perform necessary repairs to the above named equipment.
• Maintain proper and accurate files on the above named equipment
• Care for and maintain all batteries in a high state of condition.
• Maintain lift area in a high state of cleanliness.
• Responsible for making and sustaining goals for Rx.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
• Must have three (3) years experience as a forklift mechanic
• Must have training by either trade school or vendor certified training with appropriate certificates
• Must have experience with welding and machine shop knowledge as necessary to repair the equipment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Have at least a Associates or Bachelors Degree, pursuing a degree, or willingness to pursue a degree
• Have at least two (2) years of technical school
