Vaco Boston has teamed up with our client, a superior, world class, Financial Services/Asset Management Firm to identify Entry Level Candidates that are interested in a career in the Financial Services and Asset Management Industry. This person will work closely with the trading desk & back-office operations, offering a strong level of exposure. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-profile, collaborative environment. 

*Position is currently hybrid after training.*

Pay: $22/hour 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

You will be a pivotal member of the Institutional Asset Management Operations Team assisting Senior Management analyzing Equity, Fixed Income and Derivatives portfolios positions. Trade Settlements, Corporate Actions, Fund Accounting, etc.

• Strong Excel
• High Net worth Institutional Billing Analysis
• Trade Settlements
• Corporate Actions
• Stock Pricing
• Accounts Operations and Set Up
• Act as a Key Point of Contact for Institutional Clients
• Assist Institutional Trading Desks
• Strong Verbal Written and Presentation Skills

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
