Summary: This position is responsible for assisting in preparing and presenting financial models, monthly reporting packages, and ad hoc reporting, and analysis.

Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position is $75,000/yr to $85,000/yr and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

The Company also offers various benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K match. Other rewards may include annual performance-based bonuses and wellness days.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understands and complies with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position
• Supports monthly analyses of financial information, budget variances, and other financial information
• Assist in the preparation of special studies, reports analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, audits, forecasts, financial plans, statistical reports, and business forecasts for management
• Assist and participate in the implementation of a new reporting and planning system
• Perform various comparison analyses to ensure the accuracy of financial modeling
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field required
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience in banking and understanding financials is preferred

Skills:

• A strong conceptual understanding of accounting theory and practical knowledge of GAAP is required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to take ownership of assigned tasks and work well under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of personnel
