Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our organization in achieving its strategic goals and mission. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and management skills as well as previous experience in the field of Substance Use Disorder.

DUTIES:
Manage day-to-day operations.
Oversee the daily administration of the organization by implementing policies, procedures, and programs.
Draft and implement performance standards; conduct performance reviews.
Draft, present, and recommend organizational policies and programs, and develop and implement a process to review and update the organization's policies and procedures at least annually.
Develop an annual operating budget.
Facilitate periodic audits and compliance activities for the organization.
Serve as the final authority for resolution of staff performance concerns and performance improvement activities as appropriate.
Support and direct public relations activities to build and maintain relationships with other organizations and the public.
Oversee quality throughout the company by setting goals for each department in collaboration with the department supervisors.
Ensure immediate notification of any Level 1 critical incident to the Department by telephone within four hours and any Level 2 critical incident by written notification within 24 hours.
Ensure written notification to the Department within 24 hours after receiving notice, or learning of, an arrest or indictment of organizational personnel related to criminal activity that is alleged to have occurred on the grounds of the organization or any location where services are provided.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
