Job Description

We are looking for a Event Planner to manage and support key events such as Global/Geo Pivot, Seasonal Investment Review, and other high-impact moments . This role involves planning, coordinating with vendors, handling logistics, and working with global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize meetings and events.
• Coordinate executive schedules with multiple partners.
• Manage vendors and create purchase orders.
• Support attendees, agendas, and event documentation.
• Anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event/meeting management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mac Keynote, and Smartsheet.
• Ability to work with global teams and manage multiple priorities.
