FACE FOUNDRI is a focused facial bar specializing in all things face; facials, lashes, brows and skincare. Our modern, open concept spaces promote a welcoming and relaxing environment. There is a ton of growth potential within FACE FOUNDRI.

Required: Esthetics License

Our "SKIN EXPERT" (Esthetician) is responsible for performing services such as, 40 minute facials, brows, lashes. Skin Experts provide excellent customer service, achieve all service and product goals as well as following all of FACE FOUNDRI guidelines. All of our Skin Experts must follow all safety protocols as determined by the Board of Cosmetology.

FACE FOUNDRI Skin Expert Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.
• Achieve personal and store goals.
• Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRI products.
• Perform services, including but not limited to: dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts.
• Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services to ensure Board of Cosmetology compliance.
• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRI personnel to promote teamwork.
• Report directly to the Salon Manager.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

Skin Expert Experiences:

• Esthetics License
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Strong communication skills- book building + client relations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Experience in leadership and management
• 2-3 years of experience
• Pay based on experience

Job Types: Part-time, 25-30 hours a week

Availability: Nights and Weekends are Required

License: Esthetics License is Required
