As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process. Your main responsibilities will include filling client orders with quality candidates and ensuring their smooth transition to the job site. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic approach to identify and recruit skilled candidates, often with urgency. You'll work closely with the HR, Payroll, and related departments to ensure accurate completion of required documentation. Responsibilities

• Process employee applications and ensure new hire paperwork (Application, I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, ESC, client proprietary documents) is completed
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to run reports, identify candidates, update employee records, and complete employee onboarding.
• Utilize various recruiting tools such as our job posting platforms, text messaging software, and more.
• Conduct required and applicable pre-employment qualifications (background checks, drug tests, reference checks, certifications, etc.)
• Engage with candidate leads actively to build a talent pipeline.
• Leverage your network and establish relationships to source top candidates.
• Create accurate and compliant job descriptions.
• Review submitted resumes, conduct pre-screening and second interviews. Assist candidates with resume writing and creation as needed.
• Write submittal paragraphs highlighting the candidates’ qualifications discovered in the interview process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between the client and candidate. Provide interview coaching when necessary.
• Extend job offers to candidates and negotiate terms of employment when necessary.
• Support the payroll process, including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution.
• Perform any other additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, previous work experience in Customer Service, Sales, Administrative Assistant, and/or Recruiting is a plus.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Strong professional interpersonal communication skills with ability to participate in conflict resolution and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work a flexible schedule and/or additional hours when necessary.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intermediate computer skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Positive and upbeat attitude.

Pay

$16.00 -$18.00 Per Hour DOE + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities

Work Environment & Schedule

• This is a part-time position.
• Hours are flexible between 8am-5pm. MUST be available to work in-office for at least 4 hours work M-F.
• This position is in office in Lehi, UT. operates in a professional office environment with no specialized physical demand.
