Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Education, English, Linguistics, or related fields).
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent.
• At least [X] years of teaching experience (preferred).
• Experience teaching both online and offline (in-person) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms (for online teaching). · Teach English language courses to students of various levels (beginner to advanced).
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
• Provide feedback and guidance to students on their language development.
• Adapt teaching methods for both online and in-person settings.
• Participate in training programs and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching quality.
• Foster a positive and motivating classroom environment.
