Job Title: - Production Workers

Job Description:

• Client is seeking Production Workers to join our microelectronics manufacturing team.
• In this role, you'll be responsible for precision assembly of electronic components in a cleanroom environment.
• Success in this position requires hand/finger dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Manual assembly including soldering and microelectronic component handling
• Use of microscopes, ovens, and semi-automated equipment
• Follow detailed work instructions through the Factory Operating System (FOS)
• Log nonconformance's and perform necessary rework
• Complete annual training in safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems

Requirements:

• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in electronics or manufacturing
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow procedures
• Proficiency in basic math and computer use
• Strong time management and multitasking skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing Soldering to Military or ANSI/J standards
• Familiarity with microelectronic assembly and inspection
• Strong focus on quality and teamwork
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/AS or technical training a plus)
