- Leverage personal experiences, educational research, and parent dialogues to create impactful, emotionally resonant content.
- Build a strong rapport with your community by addressing questions, handling objections, and providing genuine insights.
- Monitor key metrics: track parental engagement, event sign-ups, and enrollments driven by your content.

Education Content Creator Key Responsibilities Utilize your online influence to foster trust and drive enrollment, transforming your digital presence into a compelling movement advocating for improved education.
Basic Requirements - Possess a minimum of 5K engaged followers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, or Substack, with a distinct voice and consistent activity.
- Maintain a regular posting schedule (at least weekly) over the past 90 days.
- Create content that resonates with K–12 parents, critiques traditional education, or explores alternatives such as gifted programs and home learning.
- Exhibit strong storytelling capabilities in both written and spoken formats, short and long.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of K-12 educational challenges and trends in the US/Canada.
- Be comfortable engaging live with parents and addressing challenging questions.
- Be adept with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Descript, Notion AI) for research, writing, and production tasks.
- Be willing to travel within the US for conferences and events.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
