POSITION OVERVIEW

This role plays an essential part in progressing the company's objectives and promoting continuous improvement. By supporting the Operations team, this position blends strategic planning, project management, and oversight to successfully execute key projects that drive results and advance company goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies with company objectives, ensuring all initiatives support long-term goals. Manage the planning, execution, and completion of key projects while meeting timelines and budgets. Establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Use project management tools and methodologies to track progress and resolve any issues that arise. Establish, track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success of operational strategies and projects. Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to discuss project updates, challenges, and successes. Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvements. Concurrently building reporting tools to visualize performance metrics and trends. Utilize data-driven approaches to guide strategic decisions and operational enhancements. Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational readiness and acceptance of new processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 6+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or operations. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects and driving organizational change. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
