Job Title: Dental Office Receptionist

Job Summary : We are seeking a personable and organized Dental Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
• Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
• Verify patient insurance information and handle billing processes.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage appointment reminders and follow-up calls.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using office software and dental management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
