Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage patient appointments and maintain the schedule
• Make phone calls to confirm appointments and follow up with patients
• Perform general administrative tasks using computer systems
• Follow office protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• A positive, upbeat and professional attitude with a genuine desire to help others
• Strong computer skills and a quick learner
• Customer service experience required
• Willingness to grow and learn, with an opportunity to move into treatment coordinating
• Dental experience preferred but not necessary
