As the Dedicated Driver Manager , you will be instrumental in overseeing our Dedicated Trucking division’s driver operations onsite with a key customer in Faribault, MN . Leveraging your expertise in trucking and logistics, you'll manage driver assignments, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and maintain seamless communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

Location: Onsite with Customer in Faribault, MN

Salary: $59,500 - $83,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Coordinate freight planning, load assignments, and driver and equipment utilization to meet customer and company standards.
• Serve as the main contact for assigned drivers, understanding their preferences and balancing their needs for home time and productivity.
• Monitor driver compliance with federal, state, and company regulations, especially on high-security loads.
• Act as a key liaison between drivers, brokers, shippers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve real-time issues.
• Oversee drivers’ performance, scheduling, and safety compliance, recommending evaluations and disciplinary action as needed.
• Collaborate with backhaul specialists to ensure optimal route planning and equipment use.
• Assist with scheduling equipment maintenance and resolve logistical issues to maintain fleet readiness.

• 4+ years of experience in the trucking industry, with a solid understanding of driver management, DOT compliance, freight coordination, and load planning.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office for efficient data entry and communication.
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service to both drivers and clients.
