Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Barista to join our team for our Vape shop / Kratom lounge part time and full time positions. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, Outgoing, Cash Register Friendly, and is able to remain calm under pressure.

• Assist in keeping store organized, clean and restocked
• Assisting customers with all their needs in our products
• Making and serving a wide variety of coffees and teas
• Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
• Properly communicate to all associates and customers of any customer services needs and company protocols
• Meet personal and team goals
• Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportion
• Open Availability
• Have knowledge of Vape Products
