Job Summary As a growing brand and creative department, we’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help us drive impactful, visually compelling, and brand-defining projects for our employees and customers. As a Creative Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of creative projects within the creative department. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and contractors to ensure our design visions are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards. Duties Project Coordination & Management: Manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring all aspects of theproject (design, content, production, and delivery) stay on track, on time, andwithin scope. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including designers, videographers, photographers, and content creators, to deliver projects that align with the company’s brand and vision. Client Communication & Briefing: Serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients on creative projects, gathering requirements, presenting ideas, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Timeline & Budget Management: Develop detailed project timelines and budgets. Track progress and adjust plansas needed to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in creative project management, preferably in the brand/advertising agency or home remodeling arena. A passion for creative design and problem-solving, with an understanding of design trends, consumer behavior, and branding. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience using project management tools (Asana preferred) and creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. A portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates creativity and effectiveness in marketing initiatives. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr MTM LLC
