This agency is seeking a Creative Producer / Project Manager who lives and breathes TikTok and social media trends. This hybrid role combines creative vision, social video concepting, and operational expertise to develop and manage innovative social media video campaigns. The role focuses on delivering exceptional results aligned with client briefs, platform best practices, and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand / Project Intake:

  • Understand and distill client requests into actionable plans.
  • Build project workflows and maintain operational efficiency.

Creative Development:

  • Apply ad-based storytelling best practices (hook-body-CTA).
  • Lead brainstorming sessions for TikTok-first content and social campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends to create engaging and scroll-stopping concepts.
  • Collaborate with UGC creators, influencers, and production teams.
  • Ensure creative aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Project Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end production for TikTok and social media campaigns.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for seamless project delivery.
  • Communicate with teams and clients to align expectations.

Trend Spotting & Strategy:

  • Act as the in-house expert on TikTok and social media best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance to inform future strategies.
  • Identify emerging trends, content formats, and creators for campaigns.

Client Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Manage updates, feedback, and approvals professionally.
  • Present creative concepts and production updates confidently.

Team Communication & Leadership:

  • Coordinate between creative, paid media, and production teams for cohesive delivery.
