• Deliverables.
  • Invoice. One (1) itemized copy of the invoice for the cost of the production of one (1) hard copy of the verbatim transcript and one electronic copy of the transcript on CD along with the actual hours of appearance.
  • Transcript. A transcript of the verbatim testimony of the Investigation Resolution Division (IRD) EEO Fact Finding Conference (FFC), delivering (1) certified copy in the form of a Compact Disk (CD) to the IRD investigator within 14 days after the EEO fact finding is concluded in accordance to his/her onsite instructions to the Court Reporter.
• Inspection Requirements. Shall provide quality services and/or products IAW this contract and in accordance with AR 690-600.

• When the Candidate performance is unsatisfactory; a CDR shall be issued. If a CDR has to be issued, the Candidate shall reply in writing, giving the reason for the unsatisfactory condition, and what corrective action has been taken; and procedures to prevent recurrence.

• Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR).

• Shall report ALL Contractor labor hours (including Subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for the Army via a secure data collection site.
• Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30.

• Must have a minimum Federal Certified Real-time Reporter.
