Seeking a part-time/on-call WordPress Developer to take to the next level!

We are an up-and-coming staffing firm wanting a global presence with a website to match.

We're looking for someone to be part of the Dayfoxx Resources team who is willing to grow with us.

WORDPRESS REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a WordPress Developer, not Designer.

Must possess a background in having worked with small businesses.

Experience with Divi Theme is a must.

Must be able to transition idea into actionable design.

Basic understanding of what a staffing company is, does, and how to make the site as appealing and "sticky" as possible. We'll want interactive client contact forms, chat, Calendly scheduling embed, calendar integration, a careers section for candidates to apply to, a timesheet section for consultants to submit their hours, and dynamic pages that convey who Dayfoxx Resources is and the services we provide.

Site is to be integrated with our lead generation tool, ZoomInfo.

Collaboration and communication are the key to make this role a true success.

Expert knowledge of themes, plug-ins, and design functionality.

Must be aware of current trends in website design & development and the tools necessary to build web and interactive projects.

Immediately available to analyze, resolve, and debug why the site is down and displaying errors.

Optimize pages for performance, speed, and responsiveness.

Implement security measures to protect WordPress websites from vulnerabilities

Previous experience with Google AdSense, Google AdWords, and Amazon Associates.

SEO REQUIREMENTS:

We are targeting a handful of keywords to be prominent in Google Search and Bing in 2024.

You should have the demonstrated skills and ability to make this a reality.

Must be an industry expert in Google Console and Bing Webmaster.

You must be equipped with a repertoire of SEO tools and resources to constantly evaluate the site's SEO prowess and continued progress to share in meetings.
