Your Mission We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Copywriter, you will own the marketing editorial calendar at Propeller. Partnering with various subject matter experts across the business will help you develop, review, and release authoritative, technical content. The content you create will help bring our brand strategy to life, fuel our demand-generation efforts, and accelerate sales conversations. You will play a pivotal role in establishing stylistic standards, providing internal education on best practices, and establishing editorial motions that enforce consistency across the organization. Responsibilities: - Use the brand strategy as a guide to create an integrated editorial calendar that outlines content topics, resourcing, and delivery timelines. Work with Sales and Customer Success to identify and create high-impact enablement resources.
- Project manage content from idea to launch, scoping work effectively to consistently hit deadlines without cutting corners.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create authoritative content that educates, attracts, and converts our target audience and establishes Propeller as a market leader.
- Own Propeller's content style guide and serve as the expert on brand voice and tone., ensuring it's regularly updated and evangelized internally.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, and factual accuracy.
- Effortlessly transition between channels and mediums, switching from snappy ad copy and video scripts to technical whitepapers and documentation with ease.
- Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, infographics, videos, social media posts, and more.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to define and amplify Propeller's social media voice to maximize content reach and engagement. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- You will be both a content producer and project manager over global agency/freelance content production as needed.
- Monitor content performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness.
Your Skills - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of relevant job experience. Proven experience as a Copywriter in a former role is required. Expertise in writing technical content for a variety of audiences is also required.
- Expert storyteller who knows how to compel and connect with their audience.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to think strategically and run with innovative content ideas for high-quality content standards.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Experience with tools such as Asana and Trello is preferred.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in WordPress and other content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and action feedback that makes good copy great.
Bonus: - Content creation in the construction industry and/or GIS, geospatial, or GPS technology is a strong plus.

The salary range offered for this role is $75,000 - $87,000. This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
