Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Telecom Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to our construction operations and requires a candidate with a strong background in telecommunications construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our telecom construction projects, including managing subcontractors, overseeing telecommunications construction, handling change orders, and managing crews. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success while working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of telecom construction projects from inception to completion
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality work and adherence to project timelines
  • Oversee telecommunications construction, ensuring all work is done in compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Handle change orders and change management, ensuring all changes are properly documented and communicated to all relevant parties
  • Manage crews, ensuring all team members are properly trained and working efficiently
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and project success
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of all crew members and compliance with all safety regulations
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting any potential issues or delays
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on telecommunications construction
  • Proven experience managing subcontractors and overseeing large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of change orders and change management processes
  • Experience managing crews and coordinating with various stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in the construction industry
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Proficient in relevant software and technology.
