Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance professional with deep industry knowledge in Heavy Construction, Real Estate & Development, General Contractors, Professional Services, Restaurants, and Large Country Clubs ? Do you excel in managing new business, negotiating complex remarkets, and building strong carrier and client relationships ? If so, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

Manage a specialized book of business with a strong focus on new business development and challenging remarkets.
Act as a trusted advisor by analyzing client risks and providing custom insurance solutions tailored to high-risk industries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and underwriters to negotiate optimal coverage and pricing.
Provide expert guidance on Contractual Liability, Excess & Surplus, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Business Auto Insurance .
Collaborate with clients to assess risks, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional service .
Stay ahead of industry trends to anticipate client needs and recommend proactive coverage strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

Active General Lines Property & Casualty license (TDI)
5-10 years of broad Commercial Lines Account Manager experience and exposure in an independent agency setting.
Deep understanding of high-risk industries and their unique coverage challenges.
Proven success in complex negotiations with carriers and underwriters .
CIC Designation preferred
Experience with Applied EPIC (preferred, but not required)
