Ziemer USA is looking for applicants to fill one of their limited Clinical Applications Specialist positions. This position will allow for personal growth and upward mobility within our expanding company.
The Clinical Applications Specialist for Ziemer USA, trains physicians and staff on the use of company equipment at customer sites, user meetings, conferences, etc. and acts as first-level escalation for clinical issue resolution. In addition, they may provide first level support for installations, upgrades and applications issues; investigating and resolving escalated customer reports of applications problems with equipment by analyzing reports of applications problems and/or performance issues to improve surgical outcomes.
