About Us: A Caring Heart Home Care Services is dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to individuals in need. We are seeking a reliable and empathetic Caregiver to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

Job Overview: As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities due to age, illness, or disability. Your role will be to ensure their well-being, enhance their quality of life, and offer a supportive and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Health Monitoring: Monitor and record vital signs, manage medications, and assist with medical appointments as needed.
• Household Support: Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support, engage in meaningful conversations, and participate in recreational activities to enhance the client’s social well-being.
• Safety: Ensure a safe living environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards, and respond to emergencies appropriately.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, changes in client condition, and any incidents or concerns, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related role is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., Caregiver, HHA, or CNA).
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle physical demands, and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Certification: First aid and CPR certification required.
• Background Check: Fingerprint clearance card required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move individuals as needed.
• Capability to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
