We are currently seeking Automotive Detailers to join our growing team. We offer a clean and safe environment. Come be part of a team determined to be the best! The Detailer cleans & refurbishes new and pre-owned vehicles, conforms to dealership and/or manufacturer specification & time allowances.
Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage ranging from the applicable minimum wage to $18.00/hr. At Mossy Auto Group our employees are our most valuable asset. Responsibilities - Inspecting vehicle for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery
- Restoring using appropriate materials
- Wash, wax, and buff the vehicle, clean interior and exterior windows
- Applying special-purpose cleaner to remove foreign materials
- Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices
- Clean engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment
- Apply dressing on tires and tire wells
- Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles
- Operate all tools in a safe manner by using proper eye, hand & body protection
- Report any safety issues immediately to management
- Maintaining showroom and stock vehicles in clean & presentable conditions at all times
Qualifications - Ability to pay attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude
- Valid CA Driver's License & Clean Driving Record Required
- Accepts constructive criticism with motivation towards improvement on job performance
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
