Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Process orders, returns, and service requests efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
