Remedy is thrilled to support an internationally recognized manufacturer as the embark on a key search for a knowledgeable Buyer. This Buyer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the procurement of raw materials, components, and supplies needed for production. Check out more great details below!

Job Title: Buyer

Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire/On-Site

Pay: Targeting $70,000 - $80,000K annually

Shift: Monday through Friday, days

Specific duties and responsibilities for this Buyer will include:

• Coordinates product deliveries using knowledge of material work planning and methods engineering processes and procedures.
• Negotiates best vendor terms, pricing, and delivery based on specific budget and schedule requirements.
• Develops, implements, and maintains warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures.
• Prepares purchase orders and bid requests.
• Receives and contacts vendors to review order status.
• Contacts vendors with discrepancies with quantity, quality, and pricing.

 

We will begin reaching out immediately to skilled Buyers with the following background profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as Manufacturing Software.
