Job Title: Business Development Administrator

Location: Lititz, PA

Pay: $20/hr starting out, possibly higher based off experience

Position Responsibilities:
• Administrative support for bid and proposal efforts including creating and editing documents, flow charts, graphics, schedules and tables.
• Creating and updating company reports and presentations used both internally and delivered to customers for effective communication.
• Proactively monitoring business opportunities and deadlines.
• Aid in reporting, data management, and other areas essential to bidding and winning business. 
• Provide support to the bid and proposal process to ensure focused and consistent development and submission of bids or proposals compliant with company policy, FAR and DFAR, and contract requirements.
• Upload solicitation and supporting documents into company database and initiate workflow to facilitate a bid/no bid decision. 
• Schedule bid kick-off meetings and assist Capture Manager in populating bid kick-off metadata in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
• Maintain centralized repository of solicitations, proposals, debriefs, and lessons-learned in the company’s database.
• Create other reusable knowledge to include templates, corporate concepts, graphics, and boilerplate content for use in future proposals.
• Assist in proposal development activities in response to RFPs, RFIs, capability statements, sources sought, and white papers.
• Managing receipt and posting of solicitation documentation and related amendments to the company database throughout the bid and proposal process.

Skills & Abilities:
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong proofreading and editing skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint
• Understanding of critical business development activities
• Ability to balance multiple projects and work to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with teams and individuals of varying working styles.

Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in Business or related field from accredited institution, or commensurate combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of two (2) years in a supporting role in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
