Hines Park Lincoln is looking to add a Body Technician to our Collision Center's team. Our Lincoln auto body shop has access to all Ford Motor Company repair technologies and uses state-of-the-art equipment to restore Lincoln and Ford products accurately. We don't limit our shop to just Lincolns/Fords, and repair all makes and models as well so there is a lot of opportunity. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Determine and repair damaged parts
• Responsible for your own tear down and re-assembly; no DFR
• Communicate status of repairs clearly to the body shop manager
• Communicate with the parts department to obtain necessary parts
• Perform repairs according to OEM procedures as outlined by the Manufacturer
• Document all repairs performed
• Document all materials used
• Maintain your work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste

REQUIREMENTS

• Past dealership/collision center experience is preferred
• Completion of vocational program is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Clean driving record & valid drivers license
