Pay range $528,000 to $556,000

Our team

Join our team of five highly skilled ENT physicians and one APP

Position Overview

• Full-time position

• 4 or 5-day schedule available

• Open to 0.8 FTE position or 1.0 FTE position
• ENT call is 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday – Thursday block every 5 weeks)
• Consults at our local community hospital with a very strong hospitalist program
• Epic Electronic Medical Record
• 1 surgical day per week

• Compensation: First year salary guarantee. Starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.

• Time off: 9 weeks in first year and 11 weeks after first year
• Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000

• Board-certified or board-eligible ENT physician, general ENT practice but fellowships welcome.
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
• Providers who value high quality care and work life balance
• Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
