Responsibilities: The Company is looking to hire a B2B Sales Manager to drive strategy and lead the sales team of the business. This role is pivotal as it is responsible for driving the strategic sales growth and overall success of the B2B sales of the company.
- In this role you are primarily responsible to maintain and drive the growth of the B2B Customer base of the business
- Hire, manage, motivate and cultivate a team of business gifting sales individuals, including seasonal, part-time employees
- Manage B2B sales order cycle from placement to carrier pickup
- Coordinate orders between Sales and Production; assure required labeling for work in process and Finished Goods is maintained between departments
- Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute seasonal catalogs and sales marketing materials
- Assist merchandising and Sales Groups with samples and displays
- Help coordinate order execution between front and back of house
- Receive and evaluate customer feedback as well as monitor all processes that come into direct contact with the customer
- Manage company IVR platform and document data analysis
- Collaborate with other departments to address opportunities to enhance the customer experience with tangible metrics to measure improvements
- Strategically plan for seasonal labor requirements
- Report weekly on the success metrics of the corporate sales inbound and outbound calling campaigns

Ideal Candidate Experience/Qualifications: - 5+ years of proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the food production or gifting industry
- Prior experience selling in the gifting industry
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a positive work culture.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration and specific industry experience in food and beverage
