  First $500 Bonus:
  For  licensed armed candidates  already holding a valid armed license in  KCMO .
• Paid out in increments:
  • $150 after 30 days
  • $150 after 60 days
  • $200 after 90 days
  • Plus, we’ll  cover the cost of your license transfer .
• Second $500 Bonus – Weapon Reimbursement:
  For  all newly hired armed officers , receive a $500 weapon reimbursement  bonus after 180 days of continued employment .

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Kansas City, Missouri 
• Set schedule: We have 5 available shifts:
  • Shift 1: Full-time, 2nd Shift 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.
  • Shift 2: Full-time, 3rd Shift 12 a.m. to 8 a.m
  • Shift 3: Full-time, 3rd Shift 12 a.m. to 8 a.m
  • Shift 4: Full-time, 3rd Shift 12 a.m. to 8 a.m
  • Shift 5: Full-time, 3rd Shift 12 a.m. to 8 a.m
• Competitive hourly wage of $22.75 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Guard

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Must own a firearm (license required) 
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
