**Job Summary**
We are seeking an? **Animal Care Technician I** for our? **Insourcing Solutions** ?site located in? **Hamilton, MT** .
As the **Animal Care Technician I** , you will be working in ABSL 2-3 facility environments to perform a variety of duties, including cleaning, sanitizing, routine preventative maintenance, and repair of caging materials and autoclaves.
Additional responsibilities include:
+ Maintaining cagewash and animal holding facilities in a clean and organized manner
+ Operating equipment and performing general housekeeping
+ General animal care duties
+ Receipt, stocking, and maintenance of supply orders
+ Preparing and submitting all required written records, charts, logs, and inventories
+ Work actively with customers to address requests, inquiries, and complaints
+ Provide technical assistance
**Job Qualifications**
The following are minimum requirements related to the **Animal Care Technician I** position:
+ High school diploma/GED
+ ALAT certification, or ability to obtain certification within one year of eligibility
+ Experience and/or training working with mechanical equipment preferred
The pay for this position is $22.00 USD per hour.
