The American Federation of Musicians and Employers' Pension Fund ("AFM-EPF") was established for the exclusive purpose of providing certain pension and related benefits to Covered Employees and their Beneficiaries under the Plan, and shall further provide the means for financing and maintaining the operation and administration of the Trust and the Plan in accordance with the Trust Agreement, the Plan, and applicable law. 

Overview

The Data Processor is responsible for the research and management of data relevant to the organization, ensuring quality and completeness with improved accuracy and efficiency in the data processes. Duties include organizing and processing personal data, including entering both numeric and alphanumeric data and processing information on all documents.

Job Description :

• Quality Control review of uploaded documents
• Designate Check Statuses into Fund System
• Enter Report Summary information 
• Process remittance reports of both numeric and alpha numeric data
• Research and resolve various remittance report issues
• Contact Employers via Phone or Email

Job Qualifications :

• High School Graduate required; Associates degree preferred
• 1 – 2 years working experience in an administrative, customer service or other related position
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite/O365, PDF applications
• Proficient data entry (minimum 10,000 keystrokes per/hour) 
• Proficient math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
