Vernon Health is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our Compliance – Medical Staff Department. This is a rewarding opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to contribute to vital administrative functions within a hospital setting. In this role, you will help maintain the smooth and efficient operations of the medical staff office, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of administrative experience and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to learning, and a desire to grow within the healthcare industry are key to success in this role. A certificate or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
