Location: Santa Monica, CA 90025
Type: Full-time
ROP: 22.0-25.0$ p/h

About Us:
SBT is dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Account Manager/Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and capable of managing various responsibilities with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met, including staffing requirements, documentation, and role fulfillment.
  • Scheduling: Manage employee schedules using WhenIWork, make necessary changes, and communicate the schedule to clients.
  • Staff Coordination: Ensure employees arrive on time and fulfill their roles as expected.
  • Calendar Management: Send calendar invites and manage appointments efficiently.
  • Office Management: Keep the office well-stocked with necessary supplies, schedule cleaning staff, etc, and ensure a smooth operation.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

  • Experience with Kipu or familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in account management or an executive assistant role is desired but not necessary.
  • Proficient in When I Work app a plus
  • Reliable and adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
  • Must be able to work in person in Santa Monica, CA
