Responsibilities of the Office Assistant include, but are not limited to:

• 10 years of experience preferred, but not required
• Assist with internal financial reporting
• Invoice processing
• Process New Vendor
• Credit Reference Requests
• Researching Commissions
• Assist with Positive Pay functions
• Issuing purchase orders and ordering parts
• Filing, faxing, and data entry
• Maintaining inventory
• General office upkeep
• Cross train on other internal office functions

Qualifications of the Office Assistant include, but are not limited to:

• Must be able to multi-task 
• Computer literate 
• Clerical experience preferred, but not required 
• Highly organized and deadline conscientious

Working Conditions: Office environment

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Travel: N/A
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
