We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities
File federal, state, and local tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes
Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors
Provide financial analysis and forecasting support to management
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Assist in budgeting and cost control processes
Stay current on changes in financial regulations and legislation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Active CPA license (preferred)
5+ years of professional accounting experience (public or private sector)
Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience with preparing personal and business tax returns
